**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Perform all preventative and basic maintenance on various machines, including conveyor, baggers, packaging, suction, and hydraulic machines. Test and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, passing electrical issues to the in-house electrician when necessary. Repair parts throughout the day as needed. Having a background in refrigeration/ammonia is a significant plus. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative and basic maintenance on all machines (conveyor, baggers, packaging, suction, and hydraulic machines). + Test and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. + Pass electrical issues down to the PLC level to the in-house electrician. + Repair parts throughout the day as needed. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical and electrical skills + Experience in testing and troubleshooting + Experience in preventative maintenance + Experience as a maintenance technician **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 12 months of experience in performing machine testing, troubleshooting, preventative, and basic maintenance on machines + Experience with pneumatics + Refrigeration/ammonia background is a plus **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees and provides a supportive work environment. Employees must wear a hair net and lab coat, and those with beards must wear a beard cover. No jewelry, including wedding rings, can be worn on the production floor. The role requires standing for the entire shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Fairmont, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $49920.00/yr.
