Huron, SD Monday-Thursday 6am - 4:30pm

What you’ll do

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on all equipment.Perform emergency repairs promptly and follow up with root cause analysis.Support all facility maintenance needs as assigned.Use schematics and technical materials as needed.Create and modify work orders using computerized maintenance softwareWork overtime and respond to emergencies outside of normal shift as required.All other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring

High School Diploma or GED1+ years of maintenance experienceAssociates Degree or Technical / Trade school certificateDemonstrated knowledge of mechanical, electrical (480V 3-phase), low voltage control systems, pneumatic devices and systems preferred. Experience programming VFD’s and PLC’s preferred.Knowledge of OSHA’s requirements for working in an industrial setting.Committed to working safely and the safety of other team membersProficient in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication skills.Ability to lift 10 to 40 pounds of force frequently, may include pushing, pulling and liftingAbility to 40 to 100 pounds of force occasionally with assistance of machinery or others to move objectsAbility to stand on concrete for 10+ hours per shiftAbility to possess good mechanical aptitudeAbility to effectively communicate with all team members     Ability to function as a team member and contribute to group goals while maintaining a positive attitudeAbility to work independently with minimum supervision in a responsible mannerAbility to recognize potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions to minimize risksAbility to maintain the integrity of confidential business and product informationAbility to have acceptable attendance for company standard; provides adequate notification; aware of impact on organization

The salary range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
