The Professional Division of Spherion Mid Ohio is partnered in Richland County with a manufacturer seeking a Maintenance Technician (Class A) to join their team on 2nd Shift

Expectation of the Maintenance Technician:

Our client, located in Richland County, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to be the backbone of our operations. Your role goes beyond just ensuring the smooth operation of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC equipment. You'll be the guardian of efficiency and productivity, ensuring our production processes flow seamlessly.

 

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be instrumental in:

Ensuring the optimal performance of our diverse range of equipment and machinery. Playing a key role in maintaining our high standards of productivity and efficiency.

 

Responsibilities & Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:

Successfully navigated diverse electrical, electronic, and measurement equipment operations and troubleshooting. Proficiently constructed and upheld electrical infrastructures, encompassing control panels and distribution systems. Innovatively visualized and crafted schematic diagrams for hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical setups. Expertly serviced an extensive range of machinery, spanning presses, welders, conveyor systems, and robots. Masterfully executed electrical calculations for both DC and AC circuits, ensuring precision and reliability. Demonstrated fluency in assessing flow pressure and accurately measuring gases and liquids. Applied comprehensive knowledge to operate various motor types, from AC and DC to hydraulic, alongside PLCs and PCs. Exhibited familiarity with HVAC systems, covering boilers, chillers, and heating apparatus. Established a solid reputation for executing preventative maintenance diligently, backed by meticulous record-keeping.
