Maintenance Technician/ Custodian

Principle Purpose of Job: To assist with repairs with the Building Supervisor. To ensure the property is clean and well kept. This is a full-time position, Tuesday to Saturday 6:00am-2:30pm. The position is with one of out premiere associations located at the north end of Myrtle Beach, SC.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

\n\nUnderstands written work orders or verbal instructions from Manager.\nCustodial work to include: pool cleaning, bathroom cleaning, sweeping, moping, dusting, pressure washing, etc.\nAble to work without direct supervision.\n\n Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

\n\nSome knowledge of OSHA related safety codes and practices is preferred.\nCPO Preferred\nMust be reliable.\nMust pass background check and drug test.\n\n
