For more information, visit our website , or connect with uson LinkedIn or Twitter. ​ **Responsibilities** Responsibilities include performing a wide variety of tasks associated with maintaining, troubleshooting and improving production molding and assembly machinery and auxiliary equipment. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Repair and preventive maintenance of all operating equipment, fix equipment and support equipment as assigned - Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, robotics and/or program issues with molding and lining machines, and all support equipment; perform appropriate maintenance and/or repairs - Read electrical and hydraulic print to perform required maintenance and service - Understand PLC, RS Logic, and robotics to test equipment and/or make adjustments - Perform daily PM’s and maintain the proper paperwork - Diagnose issues and provide solutions and ways to improve machines - Troubleshoot and repair anything else that comes up, even if not listed above (jack of all trades) - Install machines electrical, plumbing and interface with all other systems. - Work with other technicians, engineering and manufacturing to continuous operations - Provide general facilities maintenance - Comply with safety regulations and established lean manufacturing principles - Follow applicable Food Safety and cGMP polices - Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
