Salary: $16.67 - $19.54+ /hour BOE

 

Dickson Hollow is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team.

 

This is an ENTRY LEVEL position that includes basic handyman duties as well as custodial responsibilities when needed. 

 

Schedule/hours: Monday through Friday, first shift hours, sharing after hours on call responsibilities for one week every 3 weeks.

 

This position reports to the Environmental Services Director.

 

Dickson Hollow is located on the corner of Pilgrim Rd. and Lisbon Rd. in Menomonee Falls, WI. In collaboration with Living Hope Presbyterian Church, Dickson Hollow houses the congregation's worship and ministry space. The community also features a Town Center with bistro, theater, library, club room, salon, wellness center, and more.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
