They crafts thousands of unique formulas for some of the industry’s most trusted brands. **Title: Maintenance Technician - Graveyard Shift** **Location: Happy Valley, OR** **Pay rate: $35-45/hr** **Position Details:** + **Shift** : 3rd Shift, Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM (with overtime as needed). **Objective:** The role focuses on responding promptly and effectively to all work requests, prioritizing **safety, quality, and equipment efficiency** . **Responsibilities:** In this role, your day-to-day tasks will include: + Quickly lookup part numbers, obtain quotes, and prepare requisition requests to maintain adequate spare inventory levels and minimize machine downtime. + Perform both scheduled and emergency repairs on plant utilities and equipment. + Diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems, using test instruments as required. + Assist production teams to ensure daily schedules are met. + Contact vendors to negotiate pricing, check part availability, and purchase necessary supplies with a strong sense of urgency. + Install new equipment and provide support with challenging setup processes. + Assist in training other team members on the operation of facility-wide systems and equipment. **Must-Have Qualifications:** + Hands-on experience with **gearboxes, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors** . + Industry experience in **pharma, food manufacturing, nutraceutical, or biotech** sectors. (Note: Property maintenance tech experience—such as apartment maintenance—is not applicable.) + Strong background in **preventative maintenance** . + Proficiency in reading and interpreting **blueprints and schematics** . + Low voltage experience (240-480V) is preferred. + Experience working in **FDA/cGMP-compliant environments** is a plus.
