Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
Immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician at our client site in Hillsboro, OR! This is a manufacturing facility focused on the manufacturing of semiconductor parts. Mechanics here service both production machinery and the subsystems in the commercial building. Previous industrial maintenance experience required.Responsibilities:
Conduct daily rounds to monitor facility equipment, record sensor data, and determine necessary repair work.Work from blueprints, drawings, and written procedures.Run major projects by managing vendors who are performing work on site.Manage spares and consumable inventory for all assigned machinery and systems.Service and repair production machinery, including CNC and manual mills or lathes, sandblasters, drills, saws, and other production-related systems.Troubleshoot or replace mechanical components, including pumps, gears, motors, bearings, and hoses.Perform facilities maintenance for the building and building subsystems, including assisting with wastewater treatment, basic HVAC service (filter changes, cleaning, etc.), plumbing, low voltage electrical, and drywall or painting.Move furniture and help set or restage office spaces and production lines as needed.Essential Skills:

The pay range for this position is $50960.00 - $62400.00/yr.
