**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. The ideal candidate will diagnose mechanical problems, repair and maintain industrial production machinery, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment. This role requires reading and interpreting equipment manuals, detecting faulty operations, and keeping accurate records of maintenance work performed. **Responsibilities** + Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. + Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary. + Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery or systems. + Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. + Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. + Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. + Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed. + Order parts and equipment necessary for repairing and maintaining machinery. + Work with a team to maintain production schedules and meet objectives. **Essential Skills** + Experience in preventive maintenance, pneumatics, hydraulics, troubleshooting, and electrical systems. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. + Ability to troubleshoot 480V and 24V electrical systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with MaintenX and ERP systems. + Computer proficiency. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, along with a 10% 401K match.
