Job Description
This position is responsible for safely providing maintenance support to our fast-paced Tampa, FL Container plant, which is equipped with technology ranging from simple to state-of-the-art for the corrugated industry. The role requires utilizing both excellent mechanical skills and knowledge (pneumatic, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication) and electrical/electronic skills and knowledge (PLCs, A/C, D/C motors and drives, schematics) in a continuous process manufacturing environment to achieve machine efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and production machinery.Performing emergency/unscheduled repairs.Setting up machines for production runs.Installing new equipment.Performing preventative maintenance.Maintaining motors, conveyors, electrical/hydraulic/automated systems.

Enjoy a one-time bonus of $2,000 after your first year, broken down as follows: $1,000 after 30 days of becoming permanent, $500 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year. Additionally, employees who remain employed through their second year will receive a lump sum of $0.20 for each hour worked in the prior 12 months.
Work Environment
Industrial Manufacturing Setting - Partially climate-controlled with fans in the facility. The role involves working 12-hour shifts on a 3-2-2-3 schedule. Training will be on the 1st shift for up to a year, after which the technician may move to either the 1st or 3rd shift based on business needs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
