Job Summary:
Performs routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance on a variety of utilities (gas, water, sewer, electrical), commercial kitchen, building electro-mechanical systems, fixtures and equipment. Show the ability to perform these tasks in an unsupervised environment. Must have and use good common sense and decision making in the face of adverse system and equipment failures.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance on and in commercial buildings and their associated systems including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, fixtures and general repairs. Diagnose and perform repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment Perform maintenance on pumps, filters, tanks, and pipes associated with a domestic drinking water systems Perform maintenance on building heating and ventilation systems and associated controls Perform maintenance on commercial kitchen cooking equipment Assist in the trouble shooting and diagnose problems with building electrical systems Must be self-motivated and able to manage a seasonally high work load. Exhibit strong customer service skills Work with Mountain Services Coordinators to facilitate purchasing necessary materials to perform tasks. Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent - required Three years’ experience in the HVA/C & R or Plumbing or related trade. – preferred Possession of a certification in either CFC - prefered Colorado State Water Operators Class “C” and Water Distribution Level 2 - preferred Working knowledge of operating a DDC or BMS systems and the use of a computer based work order system. - preferred Read, write, speak English - required Valid state issued driver's license – required Intermediate skier or snowboarder - preferred
The expected pay range is $20.80 - $28.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
