Required Qualifications

High School or GED Equivalent 3 years industrial maintenance experienceMust be able to don a full face breathing resperator maskBe willing to be a part of the Hazmat teamPositive attitude and problem solving mentalityStrong electrical & mechanical aptitudeAbility to read & interpret blueprints or other forms of engineering drawingsAbility to read & interpret detail blueprints, P&IDs, single-lines, ladder logic and wiring schematicsPossess an extremely strong personal safety philosophy, able to follow all safety policies & procedures, seek out & correct unsafe conditionsSome weekend work required

Preferred Qualifications

Computer literacy and eagerness to learn SAP/PPE systemsMaintenance experience in a food processing environmentUnderstanding of waste water systemHVAC System ExperienceBoiler ExperienceCompressed Air Systems Operating ExperienceAble to effectively use typical test and calibration equipment including RTD calibrators, digital multi-meters, 4to 20 ma calibration unit , etc.Ability to troubleshoot 480 VAC 3-phase motor controls, 120 VAC and 24VDC control circuitsUnderstanding of Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration systemsAmmonia Refrigeration Systems Certification – Operator Level 1
