**Maintenance Technician I** **Details:** $20 to $23 an hour DOE Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician I to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement to higher levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance on machines and modifications to plant equipment, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring the proper functioning of machinery. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and modifications to plant equipment + Research parts for repair and replacements + Read and interpret blueprints + Conduct industrial maintenance and rebuild production machines + Properly use tools and equipment + Perform electrical maintenance, including 3-phase high voltage, AC and DC drives + Conduct preventive maintenance tasks + Diagnose and rebuild parts + Troubleshoot PLC systems + Perform routine maintenance tasks **Essential Skills** + 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment + Ability to lift 50lbs + Experience with 3-phase high voltage systems + Knowledge of AC and DC drives + Basic computer skills + Knowledge of PLC systems + Experience with basic hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and drills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General labor + Blueprint reading + Troubleshooting + Experience with hydraulics and mechanical systems + Hand tool usage + Repair skills + Experience rebuilding motors + High School Diploma **Work Environment** The position is based in a manufacturing environment that can be loud. Safety is a top priority, with steel toes and PPE required. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm.
