**Description:** * Follows all maintenance, government and company procedures, policies, and guidelines. * Assists in identifying and resolving maintenance issues. * Performs routine inspections of maintenance and environmental work activities. * Performs all duties following the established safety rules and guidelines. * Ensures company vehicles and equipment are properly maintained. * Updates and maintains records for equipment maintenance. * Maintains a safe, clean and organized work site. * Assists with mowing and maintaining tank farms, ROWs and associated property. * Initiates emergency call outs, and acts as the first responder / QI until assistance arrives. * Maintains a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. This position is hourly nonexempt status, which means you are eligible for overtime pay. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or GED required. * 1 year of experience in terminal operations preferred. * Previous maintenance or construction experience on/in a pipeline/terminal preferred. * Prior maintenance craft experience (welder, machinist, heavy equipment operator, etc.) preferred. All successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
