We are currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Beachwoods Resort, a stunning 150-room year-round destination in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Nestled within a 100-acre Maritime Forest between the Atlantic Ocean and Albemarle Sound, the resort offers a breathtaking natural setting with lakes, woodlands, wetlands, and wildlife. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a beautiful environment and be part of an exceptional team. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a essential role in maintaining the pristine condition of guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-the-house areas. Duties include:
Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership. Assist other maintenance staff on special projects. Detailed record keeping for logs and inspection sheets. Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown and popcorn ceilings. Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning. Other duties as assigner by your leader.
