We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team! In this role, you will maintain the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair, ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property. Responsibilities Include: 

Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership. Assist other maintenance staff on special projects. Maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair.  Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets. Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown, and popcorn ceilings. Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning.  Other duties as assigned by your leader. 

 

Schedule Details: Primarily nights from 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, days off TBD. May work occasional days as needed, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
