We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Calvary Center Coop in Golden Valley, MN! This repairs position is responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the overall maintenance of the building. The schedule includes;

80 hours every two weeksFull time, day shiftWeekends as needed! Required:

Special Boiler License required upon hireBoilers License 2-C (required within 18 months of hire date)Current Driver’s License (in good standing)One to three years of previous experienceBasic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookWorking knowledge of boiler plants and domestic hot water system

Preferred:
