**Job Title: Maintenance Technician IV** **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician/Electrician to join our team at our industrial laundry facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, specifically with industrial washers, dryers, conveyors, and boiler systems. This role is essential for maintaining the equipment's reliability and efficiency, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial laundry equipment, focusing on electrical systems including washers, dryers, conveyors, and boiler systems. + Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, ensuring proper functionality and addressing any faults or malfunctions. + Interpret and analyze control circuitry and electrical schematics to identify issues and implement solutions. + Utilize a multimeter for troubleshooting, including measuring voltage, continuity, and millivolts to diagnose and resolve complex electrical problems. + Conduct routine inspections and tests of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. **Essential Skills** + PLC troubleshooting + Control circuit analysis + Electronics knowledge + Ability to read and interpret schematics + Proficiency with multimeters + Experience with fuses and gearboxes + General troubleshooting skills + Blueprint reading + Electrical maintenance + Industrial equipment knowledge + Schedule planning + Pneumatics and hydraulics maintenance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in an industrial laundry facility or similar environment + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Comfortable working in hot and cold conditions + Strong team player **Why Work Here?** This is a rapidly growing company with ample room for growth. It can be hot around drying areas and warm during the summer, as well as cold during the winter.
