The Maintenance Technician IV is responsible for the technical maintenance team and custodial staff.

Core Responsibilities include:

Leading assigned team members in executing maintenance throughout the facility. Scheduling and management of work performed to completion.Monitor, document, and perform inspections and maintenance of assigned vehicles and equipment under his or her responsibility, to ensure they meet expected standards.Diagnosing, mechanical repair, and maintenance P.M's. Schedule and perform maintenance on:Air Compressors.Water Pumps (Pump Houses)Vehicle Lifts.Roll up doors.Fire Extinguishers.Carwash and Wheel wash.Tire Machines and Balancers.Must have an ability to manage external vendors to ensure completion of projects in line with Continental's quality standards.
