**Manpower Engineering is partnering with a leader in glass manufacturing in Tomah, WI for a Laser Maintenance Technician!** **Job Title:** Laser Maintenance Technician **Location:** Tomah, WI **Compensation:** OPEN – based on experience (plus, relocation assistance if necessary) **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Laser Maintenance Technician with a strong background in laser systems/cutting to join our team. This position will focus on beam alignment, spatial beam profiling, and lens cleaning. The ideal candidate will be adept at maintaining and servicing lasers, as well as willing to maintain other machines. If you have engineering experience with lasers, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform beam alignment and spatial beam profiling. + Conduct lens cleaning and other routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal laser performance. + Maintain and service laser systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent operation. + Perform maintenance on other machines as required. + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with laser equipment and related systems. + Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation. + Collaborate with engineering teams to improve laser performance and reliability. + Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. **Qualifications:** + Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. + Proven experience in laser maintenance and troubleshooting. + Strong understanding of laser systems, beam alignment, and spatial profiling. + Ability to maintain and service various machines and equipment. + Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. + Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. **Benefits:** + Salary paid bi-weekly. + Monthly profit sharing based on plant profitability. + 9 paid holidays per year. + 10 - 15 days PTO (Negotiable) + Company sponsored 401(k) plan. + Medical, dental, and vision insurance available. + Health Savings Account available. + Company paid life insurance. + Company paid short- and long-term disability.
