**Responsibilities**
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
Responsible for completing construction/maintenance projects related to their respective trade in a timely and quality
manner. should posses a mastery of their respective trade, be well respected by their co‐workers exhibit exceptional
leadership skills and have the knowledge and skills to interact and coordinate projects with other crafts and
departments within the facility
ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs assigned tasks according to the requirement of their particular craft or trade.
2. Assists the supervisory position with various administrative tasks such as, time sheets (only in absence of supervisor)
material requests/vendor coordination. Provides limited staff direction on projects; as identified by the supervisor in the
absence of the supervisory person.
3. is a resource for the knowledge and skills for their respective trade.
4. Assists in projects during all stages of planning & implementation
5. Assists the supervisory position by recommending materials and supplies that need to be procured. Completes
material requests for supervisory approval as required.
6. May be required to work extended hours in case of an emergency
**Qualifications**
Required Education and Experience
*High School Diploma/GED
*Any licenses would be associated with the specific craft that
the person works in
*Five (5) years of experience in respective trade or craft
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
*Basic carpentry and mechanical knowledge
*Ability to demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies
and tools assigned
*Computer literate
*Must have ability to wear personal protective equipment
(PPE)
*Physical abilities;
**Pay Range**
$22.79 - $31.33 /hour
