Maintenance Technician - Level 3
Work Location: **Columbus, OH** Pay rate: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour **Schedule:** + Monday-Friday + 8AM – 5PM + May need to work overtime + On-call rotation required **REQUIREMENTS:** + High School Diploma or Equivalent + Maintenance Experience or trade school education + HVAC certification is required + Advanced knowledge and skills in electrical, plumbing, and appliances + Driver’s License and valid car insurance + Personal, reliable transportation + Excellent communication skills; written and verbal + Ability to speak, read, and write English + Proficient computer skills; comfortable with apps and software + Possess basic hand tools or can acquire them + Service mentality and a thirst for learning + Positive Can-Do Attitude + Excellent Attendance **WHAT WE OFFER:** + 100% premiums paid for medical and dental (employee only coverage) + 100% premiums paid for basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and employee assistance program. + 100% premiums paid for Telemedicine (if elected medical coverage) + 20% discount on rent in our communities + 401k match up to 6% + 3 weeks PTO for 1st year + Employer HSA contribution (if selected High Deductible medical plan) + 10 paid holidays + Boots and Tools Reimbursement Program + Additional pay incentives for on-call weeks **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:** + Perform preventative maintenance and repairs. + Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution. + Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. + Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs. + General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds. + Assist in snow removal as necessary. + Work on a rotating on call schedule. + Perform other duties as required. **Pay Details:** $24.00 to $27.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
