Maintenance Technician - Many Shifts
Adecco has partnered with a premier manufacturer in the Exeter, NH area in search of Maintenance Technicians! These positions are full time, benefits, incentives, and overtime! **Position** : Maintenance Technician **Pay** **Rate** : _$26-$39/HR – Depending on Experience and shift_ **Schedules** : + 2nd Shift – Monday – Friday from 4:00PM – 12:30AM + 3rd Shift – Monday – Friday from 12:30AM – 7:30 AM + 2nd Shift Weekends – Two Weekday Shifts during 2nd Shift Hours and Two Weekend Shifts from 12:30PM – 12:30AM (12-Hour Shifts) + 3rd Shift Weekends – Two Weekday Shifts during 3rd Shift Hours and Two Weekend Shifts from 12:30AM – 12:30PM (12-Hour Shifts) **Responsibilities** **:** + Performs diversified mechanical, electromechanical or electronic technical duties in the fabrication, testing, debugging and documentation of standard assemblies, modules and systems. + Performs hands-on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of industrial automated manufacturing equipment. + Documents routine preventive maintenance in SAP PM, record breakdown details and downtime data in applicable spreadsheets. + Provide comprehensive, day-to-day oversight of process equipment operations focusing on but not limited to data collection, data analysis, machine uptime, UPH, and process yields to optimize machines to improve OEE by performing various Testing, tuning, and adjustments. + Works from written and/or verbal instructions, Ability to understand and utilize equipment manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints writes test procedures and interprets test data on standard jobs. + Responds to unplanned equipment breakdowns with urgency to minimize unplanned downtime. + Uses a variety of test equipment to troubleshoots machine malfunctions or product defects. Maintains and calibrates test equipment. Writes test procedures and interprets test data on standard jobs. + Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate, retrofit and repair equipment. + Create standard operating procedures and job instructions for performing maintenance activities or equipment operation. + Assist in the implementation and sustaining of LEAN and 6S process disciplines. + May be required to participate in on-call duty, first responder training, and/or hazardous waste training. + Communicates with equipment OEMs and vendors as needed to expedite troubleshooting, repairs, and spare part procurement. + Sustains and improves PM program on all manufacturing equipment. + Request new spare parts, inventory adjustments or discrepancies on existing spare parts. + Determines type of repairs required through various troubleshooting techniques, looks for improvements that could be made to equipment through modifications, or process changes, and analyzes results to evaluate overall equipment effectiveness. + Repair and troubleshooting of various electrical systems and electrical components of industrial manufacturing equipment. + Utilizes predictive maintenance systems to review and analyze OEE. Observe performance trends and correct with necessary measures. + Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks i.e., working on engineering or quality requests. + Other duties may be required as needed by management. **Qualifications** **:** + High School Diploma/GED + Associates degree in technical field preferred, but not required + Minimum of 3 - 5 years manufacturing. Preferably in maintenance or similar technical roll. + Strong technical and analytical skills + Must have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. + Familiar with electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulic, and controls systems. + Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel). + Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills + Thorough understanding and knowledge of computer and database systems (i.e. SQL, and IoT platforms) + Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities, managing multiple priorities at a time.? + Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. + Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts. + Self-motivated, demonstrating the initiative and drive to surpass performance expectations. **If you are interested in this position, please apply to this posting with an updated resume!** **Pay Details:** $26.00 to $39.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
