Nature and scope

The job holder is the Mechanical Technician reporting directly to the maintenance supervisor.  Scope of work include preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of ASU plant and PHG plant rotating equipment (Compressor, Pump, Blower, Fan, etc.) and static equipment (Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel, Heater, etc.). 

Cooperate with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure SAP PM by releasing the order, transferring to shop floor for executing and doing completion of work order. Convert the Notification from requestor into the order and reserve the required material or services.

Administer and use computerized maintenance management system to plan/schedule and consolidate all relevant maintenance information for prompt, accurate and effective maintenance reporting.

Functionally cooperate with Maintenance Supervisor to follow up unplanned and planned maintenance activities towards reliable plant operation from the all aspects of maintenance.

The company is ISO 9001 certified, it require job holder assume the lead role for maintaining the ISO 9001 certification.

The job holder must have the knowledge of the hazard of the job and avoiding any conditions that may result in potential hazard to the properties of products and equipment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

To carry out proper Mechanical maintenance of Rotating & Static H2 and N2 plant in Preventive, Predictive and Corrective maintenance. To carry out periodic preventive mechanical maintenance close to maintenance schedule. To ensure and proper care of mechanical tools are allocated. To record any spare part replacing and maintain the spare part in minimum required level and notify plant manager for necessary spare part purchase requisition. To perform daily maintenance inspection. To control incoming/outgoing material and make sure relevant procedure is used. To generate monthly incoming/outgoing material. To generate PR for any spare parts/materials which have requested/used so minimum stock can be controlled. To perform cycle counting of spare part/inventory so the accurate data can be achieved. To maintain WOVC event result and keep it as minimum requirement. To prepare list of junk materials as disposal asset To supervise any third party who perform maintenance or installing new equipment. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma 3 of relevant major Computer literate English proficiency at minimum level Good vision, hearing, sensing and general physical condition 5-year work experience in similar position would be advantage
