**Position: Maintenance Technician** **Location: Kernersville, NC** **Duration:9+ months on W2** **Pay Rate: $24/hr on W2** **We are looking for a** **Maintenance Technician** **to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.** **Job Description** : The Maintenance Technician performs routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of buildings and equipment. This role utilizes skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. **Key Responsibilities** : + Perform rounds, readings, and filter cleanings. + Repair HVAC systems, compressors, and electrical components. + Conduct carpentry, plumbing, and lighting maintenance. + Review work orders, estimate materials, and maintain records. + Respond to emergencies and assist with new installations. + Comply with safety codes and wear a respirator in leaded environments. **Requirements** : + 2+ years of experience in electrical/HVAC maintenance. + Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks. + High school diploma/GED required. **We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship** .
