**Title: Maintenance Technician** **Location: Greenfield, OH (In-Person)** **Duration: 3 months on W2** **Pay Rate: $24.86/hr** **Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Maintenance Technician** to join our team in Greenfield, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently on a variety of maintenance tasks. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections on HVAC systems, fire safety systems, and building infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, air compressors, and ventilation systems. + Conduct fire extinguisher inspections and maintain fire life safety systems, including fire pumps, wet sprinklers, and valves. + Maintain and repair building systems, including docks, levels, restraints, and overhead mechanisms. + Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently and effectively. + Complete work orders through a digital system, ensuring timely documentation and updates. + Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and team members regarding issues and updates. + Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with maintenance standards. + Perform general building maintenance tasks, including physical activities like climbing, lifting, and carrying loads up to 50 lbs. **Requirements:** + **Experience:** 2-3 years required, 5 years preferred in maintenance, HVAC, or related fields. + High School Diploma or GED. + **Preferred:** CFC Universal Certification and experience with electrical systems.
