The maintenance technician conducts repairs and preventative care of the buildings. The maintenance technician assists with repair requests including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and other building systems as required.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate repair tickets or emails to determine maintenance or repairs required, delegate or assist with repairs as needed Facilitate set up of new office furniture upon request from the business Supports continued upkeep of shared spaces (cafés, break rooms, restrooms, courtyard) Regular and punctual attendance is required Performs other duties as assigned
