The Dartmouth Group., an Associa company, is hiring a Part Time Maintenance Technician for its community in Wellesley, MA,https://www.thedartmouthgroup.com/.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance duties of Associations involving mostly exterior carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs and minor roofing repairs in addition to other exterior responsibilities to guarantee that the communities we manage are properly and safely maintained.

\n

\n

Work hours:Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri. 9-1

Daily responsibilities:

\n

\n\nPerform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.\nPerform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure that the building is properly maintained.\nClean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters and drains.\nOperate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment as needed.\nMaintain company issued vehicle (routine PM’s, oil changes etc.), if applicable.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required.\n2+ years of general, residential, maintenance experience.\nExcellent communication skills, written and spoken.\nCustomer service focused and team oriented.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, takes the initiative, with strong follow-up skills.\nKnowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.); OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements and State or local governmental safety requirements.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nValid driver's license is required.\n\n
