Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machines and auxiliary equipment following all safety procedures. Your role will involve troubleshooting and analyzing issues efficiently, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and maintaining accurate records within the CMMS System. You will be an integral member of a close-knit organization, contributing to the overall goals of the work unit, department, and company.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair machines and auxiliary equipment following all safety procedures and working efficiently through troubleshooting and analysis of issues.Perform preventive maintenance tasks on all plant equipment.Maintain accurate records within the current CMMS System.Use resources available to minimize downtime and maximize running efficiency.Complete records and use reporting system as required for effective performance.Relocate and install equipment, including electrical, air, and water connections.Perform miscellaneous and/or general maintenance work and assist in check out, debug, and start-up of new equipment as required.Work with other employees in a fully supportive team relationship.Rotate into all normal Machine Maintenance job assignments as needed throughout plant departments and facilities.Contribute to the overall cleanliness and safety of work areas, ensuring proper procedures are followed for cleaning and sanitizing any repair associated with the product stream.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsElectrical maintenanceMechanical maintenanceIndustrial maintenanceElectrical troubleshootingPLC control and troubleshootingPneumaticsHydraulicsRepair and preventive maintenanceSchematic readingHVAC maintenanceBlueprint readingIndustrial maintenance of 3-phase systemsConveyor systemsMotorsCMMS System proficiencyWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $67000.00
