Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionPerform routine maintenance of machines and equipment throughout the facility. Complete daily repairs, maintenance, and functional improvement of manufacturing machinery. Rebuild machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Assist with fabrication of mechanical parts and equipment installation or relocation. Ensure facility and campus grounds are well maintained. Document information related to work assignments, tasks, and departmental procedures. Follow all safety procedures, rules, and regulations, including wearing all proper PPE and following LOTO procedures. Monitor maintenance parts and supply inventory, and communicate needs to the facilities manager.

Work EnvironmentLight industrial work environment featuring production machinery, chemical processing equipment, assembly booths, and paint lines including ovens and booths. The workspace is clean and organized. Regular scheduled hours are 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of PORTLAND, Oregon.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
