**Job Description:** Industrial Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: $28 - $35/hr (Tech 1 or Tech 2) 1st and 2nd Shift Available (Mon - Fri): 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Opportunity for Growth and Overtime Direct Placement Opportunity **Primary Duties:** + Perform mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting on different machinery within manufacturing environment + Responsible for providing mechanical support and maintaining mechanical components throughout the manufacturing plant + Troubleshoots job at the machine by observing machine operation and interacting with operations leadership and employees + Responsible to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and process flow diagrams as needed to perform tasks + Ability to perform mechanical work along with minor mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and crane/rigging needs + Performs preventative maintenance on equipment by inspecting for defects such as misalignments, wear, improper lubrication, etc. **Skills:** Industrial Maintenance Electrical (480V) and Mechanical Hydraulics and Pneumatics Mechanical Troubleshooting Electrical Knowledge Preventative Maintenance **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
