Duties:- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or staff in a timely manner.- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.- Assist with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Requirements:- Proven experience in maintenance or related field.- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with guest and staff in a professional manner.- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.- Knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
