Job Purpose
The Maintenance Tool Crib Attendant help ensure continued operation of the plants through organization and inventory of all required parts available for use.
Principal Accountabilities
+ Inventory Management
+ Receive, store, and organize spare parts and supplies.
+ Ensure accurate inventory levels in the stockroom.
+ Preform cycle count in the stockroom according to schedule and or classification per procedures.
+ Ensure accuracy of transactions for inventory.
+ Identify and report discrepancies in stock levels and coordinate adjustments.
+ Adjust maximum and minimum quantities to optimize stock levels.
+ Receive and verify inbound shipments of spare parts.
+ Stock Issuance
+ Issue spare parts to technicians.
+ Pack spare parts for dispatch and complete appropriate documentation.
+ Update inventory records using management software and logs. Ensure that records are accurate and complete.
+ Procurement Support
+ Notify the Procurement Team or Management when stock levels are low.
+ Place orders for parts as needed based on inventory and forecast.
+ Ensure timely restocking of parts.
+ Storage Organization
+ Maintain a well-organized stockroom by labeling parts correctly and ensuring precise and systematic arrangement of items.
+ Create and maintain an orderly and accurate storage system for parts.
+ Documentation and Reporting
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stockroom movements.
+ Prepare reports as requested or required by management.
+ Participate in monthly and annual audits and reconciliations.
+ Customer Services
+ Support internal staff by locating and providing parts.
+ Manage inquiries regarding parts, availability, pricing, and timing.
+ Maintain a helpful and friendly working relationship with fellow employees.
+ Safety and Compliance
+ Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
+ Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
+ Maintain Environmental Health and Safety and 5S principles for the stockroom.
+ Follow established procedures for handling and storing materials. Ensure hazardous or sensitive parts are stored in compliance with safety regulations.
+ Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report issues. Must maintain equipment in optimal and safe conditions.
+ Comply with all applicable customer, safety, ISO/IATF 16949 QMS, and ISO14001 EMS requirements.
+ Perform any other duties as assigned **.**

+ Professional skill and knowledge of manufacturing process of our product.
+ Ability to correspond with leadership professionally and efficiently via phone and email.
+ Excellent diligence.
+ Basic math and computer literacy skills.

+ Ability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines in an accurate and timely fashion.
+ Maintenance of Mytex information in a confidential manner.

+ Ability to maintain concentration with frequent interruptions.
+ Professional, well-groomed appearance and attire Is required. This position involves working in a business and manufacturing environment. Protective safety equipment required.
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED. (active pursuit of GED considered)
+ Experience: 2+ years’ experience in inventory management and/or warehouse.
+ Valid driver’s license required.
+ Experience with/ ability to drive a forklift.
+ Ability to apply concept of basic math skills.
+ Ability to lift/move up to 60lbs.
+ Ability to stand/ walk for extended periods of time.
+ Ability to climb, lift, balance, stoop, and handle materials.

+ **The salary range for this position is $21.00 - $** **26.00 per hour** **.
