Business Unit:
Hadrian is a worldwide supplier of quality toilet partition and locker products. Hadrian was the first manufacturer to powder coat toilet partitions and has continued to embrace new technologies and materials in order to offer architects, designers and end-users more flexibility in design. Hadrian’s wide range of toilet partition products includes; powder coated metal, stainless steel, embossed stainless steel, and solid plastic. Lockers are available in Emperor (corridor), Gladiator (athletic) and replacement front styles.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintenance Coordination – Utilize schematics to repair facility equipment and production machines. This includes diagnosing the root cause, disassembling machines, repairing or replacing broken parts, adjusting functional parts as necessary, cleaning and lubricating parts and inspecting completed repairs.
Contractor management, including coordination to ensure open purchase orders are completed in a timely manner
Understand and follow maintenance schedules as outlined, inspect equipment, lubricate and adjust as needed
Sourcing and requisitioning new parts and equipment
Maintain preventive maintenance records/ report any deficiencies
Troubleshoot equipment by consulting blueprints, schematics, and other sources as necessary
Respond to emergency maintenance needs by working with contractors
Quality - work with the production team to complete in-process inspection; daily case error review and conduct countermeasures
QA order inspections
Welding and metal fabrication
Responsible to keep track of all maintenance equipment/ tools and inventory of parts
Housekeeping duties to ensure facilities remain clean/clutter free
Contributes to the overall functioning of the team by maintaining awareness of best practices/emerging issues, both internally and externally, sharing best practices and building effective working relationships across the team and company.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma, or equivalent. Post-secondary training in mechanical/pneumatics is preferred.
2-3 years' experience completing preventative maintenance activities, in the manufacturing industry, desired.
Knowledge of windows-based CMMS software systems is an asset.
Ability to perform all necessary physical tasks associated with the position: lifting, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing ladders, working at heights.
Flexibility in working hours.

Skills and Competencies
Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings
Install, align, repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment such as powder coating equipment, press brakes, shears, orbital wrapping equipment, etc.
Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance on machinery
Inspect, troubleshoot and identify problems with machinery
Able to build and maintain relationships with corporate departments and key business partners
Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
