Maintenance & Transport Worker Job Details Job Location Oshkosh Office - Oshkosh, WI Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Perform remodeling and/or maintenance of Agency property or rentals, including facilities, vehicles and Offices. Primary duties include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, lawn care/landscaping, snow removal, fire detection and sprinklers, and vehicle repair/maintenance, among others. + Ensure all maintenance is performed in compliance with various building, fire, AFH, CBRF and other applicable codes. + Complete all required documentation required by Clarity Care. + Act as a fill in driver when deemed necessary by Supervisor. + Assist with inventory delivery to various facilities. + Assist with snow plowing various facility locations as needed + Participate in the on-call rotation. GENERAL EMPLOYMENT CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES: + Attendance on the job, as well as to trainings, continuing education, and meetings as scheduled. + Be knowledgeable in and observe all Clarity Care practices, procedures, and policies. + Cooperate with supervisor in evaluating and improving performance. + Produce the quantity and quality of work required to fulfill organizational objectives. + Work cooperatively with all team members to help fulfill the mission and philosophy of Clarity Care. + Exercise good judgment, decision making, and regard for safety within all aspects of performing the job duties of Maintenance Worker. + Document and report all unsafe activities or safety concerns observed.
