Responsibilities Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed and install shelves, hooks, and closet rodsThis is a driving position; the successful applicant must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaksPerform lawn maintenance including mowing and removing weeds Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat conditionAssist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and suppliesQualifications No high school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 3 years of previous experience in general maintenance and repair requiredPrevious experience with fire and boiler heat systems preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordPhysical Requirements Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneelingAbility to lift up to 50 poundsStanding and walking 100% of the timeMust be able to work outside in all types of weatherShift Details
