Responsibilities Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed and install shelves, hooks, and closet rodsChange light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaksPerform lawn maintenance including mowing and removing weeds Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat conditionAssist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and suppliesDrive company vehicle when requiredQualifications No high school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facility requiredPrevious experience with heavy or agricultural machinery preferredMust have valid MVR and pass drug screenPhysical Requirements Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneelingAbility to lift up to 50 poundsStanding and walking 100% of the timeMust be able to work outside in all types of weatherMust have valid MVR and pass drug screenShift Details
