Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 

Maintenance of the property grounds, common areas, and units  Carry out plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and janitorial tasks  Prioritize work orders & complete service requests   Shuttle vehicles to and from mechanic shop  Maintain stock of supplies and distribute throughout campus 

Qualified Candidates Will Have: 

Clean & valid driver's license & pass a background check  Multifamily maintenance technician experience  Experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work  Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills  Ability to be physically active throughout the day and lift 50 lbs.  Speak and understand English
