Currently Seeking Maintenance worker for a full-time temporary to permanent position in North Attleboro, MA

Responsibilities of Maintenance Worker include:
-Clean vacant apartments
-Vacuum hallways and wipe baseboards and railings down
-Clear any cobwebs
-Wipe down washers/dryers
-Empty trashes in laundry rooms
-Clean Windows and glass doors
-Pick up around grounds and dumpsters
-Perform snow removal in winter
-Assist with removing/replacing appliances
-Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements of Maintenance Worker:
-Previous maintenance experience preferred
-Great communications skills
-Mechanically inclined
-Ability to use maintenance tools
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in timely manner
-Good attention to detail

Hours: 8:00am-2:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
