Responsibilities include general preventative and reactive maintenance duties such as inspecting and repairing equipment, the facility, and its systems. Maintains hardwood floors, including daily disinfection as well as routine waxing; maintains carpeted areas, including daily care, as well as routing extraction and cleaning. Performs general housekeeping, maintenance and other duties as assigned. Security duties include securing and opening the facility daily and responding to security concerns. During a snow event, the candidate will be responsible for snow removal from sidewalks and facility exits using a tractor and shovel. **EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:** High school diploma or GED equivalent. Floor care experience helpful. Must be able to operate small yard equipment effectively. **CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURE &/OR REGISTRATIONS:** Adult/Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Certification or completion within the first 6 months of employment.
