Pay range is $22 to $25 based on experience. 

What you’ll do:

The Maintenance Worker-Painter position is responsible for the painting of the interior & exterior of buildings and drywall patching, hanging, and finishing where needed at the Village.  You would also assist in the overall upkeep of the Village and grounds in other areas of maintenance as needed.

Essential Functions/Skills Competencies:

Experience painting both interior and exterior with different types of paints and finishes. Have two or more years of experience working with drywall (patching, hanging, & finishing). Be comfortable working from ladders at various heights. Have experience using a variety of hand tools and power tools. Be available for on-call weekend rotation, and snow removal. Possess a high degree of workmanship and self-accountability. Ability to lift 50Lbs+ on a regular basis.  General maintenance skills.

To be considered, you should:

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
