Our growing company is seeking to hire a Maintenance Tech - Working Lead.  

 

 

**4 - 10 hr. days, 1st shift position (split shift - schedule to be determined)**

**Overtime Fri. & Sat.**

**$1,000 sign-on Bonus**

**PTO upon hired**

Responsibilities Overall responsible for the preventative maintenance program; ensures that equipment is on the preventative maintenance program, schedules are valid, thorough, and completed according to the system scheduleUtilize eMaint system to track trouble calls & PMs and also make recommendations for improvements on repeat issuesOversees spare parts, material and inventories.Reach out to vendors and contractors for quotes and to schedule repairs for machines onsiteDiscusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective actionEfficient with the MMS and eMaint softwareWrite the orders and do the preparation to ship out any equipment for repair/returnTrain employees and complete training recordsEnsures technicians are complying with maintenance process documentationMaintains PM schedule adherence and works with management on proper staffing levels to meet PM schedulesAll other duties assigned Prioritize Maintenance group objectives and goalsDelegates projects & PMsSupport Kaizen events and participate in Continuous Improvement projectsSplit time as working lead at around 40% production support and 60% Lead responsibilities (can vary depending on workload and priorities)Lead team members on both 1st and 2nd Qualifications Three or more years of related experience and/or training in maintenance field: or equivalent combination of education and experienceThree or more years of experience as a Lead or SupervisorMust have a valid drivers licenseMust have strong oral and written communication skillsThorough understanding of maintenance operations, equipment and parts   Options Apply Today!ApplyShareRefer a FriendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
