Senior Developer
Responsibilities

Lend  Majesco specific toolkit and Domain subject matter expertise throughout design and development phases of project. Lead development activities end-to-end to support various tasks like co-ordinating, developing, reviewing code and debug complex issues. Coordinate implementation of all types of development activities across client interfaces (Java, etc.) and Configuration flows Work with Analysts/Customers to design, develop, program and/or configuration changes and maintain complex integration software Understand and adapt to interface requirements and configuration architecture to satisfy customer needs and expectations. Create/Change Data-object modelling, customer interface and integrations etc., based on requirements. Create/maintain SOAP/REST based services Work in agile environment Clearly articulate configuration rationale, conduct and participate in design and reviews. Leading communication with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (computer science, engineering, or related field) or a graduate degree Overall minimum Experience: 5 - 8 years At least 3 years of Majesco Policy required Must have strong hands on experience on various Majesco dev-studio Good to have ICD/ICM Digital 1st , EDW experience Experienced configuring screens/UI/XML, configuring business rules, batch processes, configuring rating, product model, billing plans experience with any COTS insurance platforms.  Good knowledge and understanding of SQL Experience in Insurance - P&C - Knowledge across several of the following focus areas: Policy Administration, Billing & Commissions, Claims Management will be a plus Good to have experience in developing front end and microservices backend. 


Staff Developer

Responsibilities

Developing insurance solution using Majesco DevStudio platform Work on development activities across client interfaces (Java, etc.) and Configuration flows Work with Analysts/Customers to design, develop, program and/or configuration changes and maintain complex integration software Understand and adapt to interface requirements and configuration needs. Create/Change Data-object modelling, customer interface and integrations etc., based on requirements. Create/maintain SOAP/REST based services Work in agile environment Clearly articulate day to day tasks, deliverables and any communication on issues and risks.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (computer science, engineering, or related field) or a graduate degree Overall minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years Must have strong hands on experience on various Majesco dev-studio At least 2 year of Majesco Policy/Billing/Claims experience required Minimum 2 years' experience configuring screens/UI/XML, configuring business rules, batch processes, configuring rating, product model, experience with any COTS insurance platforms.  Experience of working on UI designs and integrations Experience on working with “configuration” driven tools/platforms/framework Experience in Insurance - P&C - Knowledge across several of the following focus areas: Policy Administration, Billing & Commissions, Claims Management will be a plus Good to have experience in developing front end and microservices backend.
