Major Account Executive - UniFirst First Aid + Safety

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a sales and service-minded individual to become part of the UniFirst First Aid + Safety National Accounts team as a Major Account Executive to join our community. As a First Aid Major Account Executive, you will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of Major Account Service programs, account relationships, and contract renewals for First Aid Major Account customers. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on-the-job training.

What you’ll be doing:

Relationship management with key contacts between UniFirst First Aid + Safety, partner Account contacts, customer sites, and service locations to ensure customer expectations are met per the Account Service Agreement.Proactively coordinate all assigned Account service and management activities and responsibilities throughout the UniFirst First Aid Safety service network.Manage service expectations for all customer locations per the National Account Agreement, deliver industry-leading service, foster lasting C-level relationships, and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations on an ongoing basis.Negotiate contract renewals, facilitate contracted price adjustments, and add new items to customer agreements where applicable.Prepare and deliver specified customer reports required to effectively execute and manage all assigned accounts and responsibilities.Engage in regular account visitation meetings.
Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

A 4-year college degree required.Must be 21 years of age or older.Valid non-commercial driver's license and a safe driving record are required.Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or service environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc)Skilled in interacting and negotiating with large impact customers and building relationships at an executive level.Able to perform overnight travel to visit National Accounts.Possess a "take-charge" attitudeAble to work under pressure with minimum supervision.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.First Aid industry is a plus.
