Role Title: Major Accounts Executive - Greater Manila Area (GMA)

Location: Greater Manila Area - Field Based

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Developing top key customers in Distributive Trade through the execution of differentiated national and customized activitiesEnsuring regular customer engagement to further build business and relationshipEnsuring perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment across all branches, visibility and merchandising of products in-storeResponsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growthPlanning and executing category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder managementResponsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicatorsEnsuring successful new store openings by making Unilever brands stand out inside the store

QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree holder with up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Distributive Trade preferably within the FMCG or Consumer Goods industryFresh graduates are also welcome to apply.Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindsetMust be flexible, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWilling to do heavy field work in the assigned area.
