The incumbent will serve as a member of the front-line fundraising team with a primary focus on developing and strengthening donor relationships to identify, cultivate, steward, and solicit contributions. Additionally, the position will provide financial reporting, prospect management, and operational support by conducting research, preparing bios, maintaining detailed files and data, and preparing reports. Participates in development events and meetings to promote the Department of Athletics.

Assists in the development of policies and prepares reports for presentation to management.

Conducts research to provide leads and insight on prospective donors. Prepare and report athletics development officer productivity and prospect activity, as well as manage future pipeline, year-to-date fundraising progress, special project fundraising progress, and reporting on pledgeactivities. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and produce high quality work product. Skilled in word processing, Excel, reporting, email, and database software programs. Experience in creating reports and usingticketing and advancement databases is required [for example, Advance, PacFUND, Affinaquest, Millennium,Raiser's Edge, Sales Force, etc.] A desire to pursue a career in higher education development and/or athleticsadministration.
