Key Responsibilities:

Preventative Care: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs in guestrooms, following a detailed checklist to uphold brand standards of functionality and cleanliness. Deep Cleaning: Execute intensive room refreshes including mattress flipping, appliance checks, grout inspections, and touch-up painting to maintain pristine conditions. Guest Satisfaction: Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to promptly fulfill guest requests and ensure VIP rooms exceed expectations. Safety & Compliance: Proactively identify and report safety hazards or technical issues, helping maintain a secure and comfortable environment for all guests. Event Readiness: Assist with the setup and upkeep of meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring they are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
