A Bit About the Role

Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartmentsDrywall repair Paint touch-up Door and lock changes Light plumbing and electricalOther duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

Prefer at least one year of basic maintenance and/or general labor experienceAbility to perform all aspects of preparing an apartment for rent readyHave an eye for detail to ensure each apartment is presentable for new residentsPerform light maintenanceAbility to consistently display a positive attitudeEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
