Makeup Advisor **Job Title: Senior** **Beauty Advisor** **THE ROLE** **Employment Type: Full-time** **Division: Thailand Luxury** **Reporting to: Senior Retail Operations Executive** **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Build Brand Awareness** + Represent COTY brand image by demonstrating our values, techniques, skills and style. + Knowledge of COTY makeup offerings, brand, color theory and basics of makeup. + Awareness of latest trends of the beauty and makeup industry. **Drive Sales and Build Brand Loyalty** + Provide exceptional client experience through consultation and recommendations that anticipate and meet clients’ needs. + Build and maintain a loyal client base by attracting new clients, maintaining good relationship after sales and ensure long-term engagement with our clients. + Achieve sales and service goals together as a team. **Demonstrate Service Readiness** + Maintain the counter in optimum condition daily by keeping the work area clean, tidy and attractive. + Ensure the counter has sufficient stock and inventory. + Adhere to the application of visual merchandising guidelines defined by COTY to optimize exposure in the point of sale. **REQUIREMENTS** + Knowledge of brand, product and selling skill + Merchandising/display knowledge + Interpersonal communication skills + Strong relationship with clients and customers + Knowledge and understanding of trade, channel and territories. + English ability would be an advantage Country/Region: TH City: Bangkok
