As a Mako Product Specialist at Stryker, you will help transform orthopedic surgeries around the world and help us achieve our mission of making healthcare better. In this role, you’ll be a resident expert in everything concerning the Mako robot – our newest product used in robotic-arm assisted surgical procedures.

What you will do:Train surgeons on using the Mako robot to enhance surgical precisionProvide expert support and assistance throughout the surgical process: pre-, during, and post-operation and make data-driven decisions during proceduresServe as a liaison to Stryker engineers, providing feedback for product enhancementsCreate detailed case reports to document surgical outcomesResolve technical and product-related issues swiftly and effectivelyManage and monitor inventory to ensure availability of necessary equipmentFacilitate the procurement process by securing purchase ordersCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to boost product utilization and account growth

What you need

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalentMinimum 2 years of relevant work experienceValid driver’s license with a good driving recordFluency in written and spoken English and Polish

Travel Percentage: 70%
